RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All PAWDinkum treats are 100% naturally made with organic ingredients and are all individually made by hand, with love, which makes each and every one of them unique. Please choose your treats mindfully, as we are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchange for change of mind.

CORRECT STORAGE:

Please always store treats out of direct sunlight and heat. Once open, store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container for maximum freshness.

DAMAGED GOODS:

Should a breakage occur during shipping and your goods are damaged, please contact PAWDinkum within 24 hours of receiving goods, via email info@pawdinkum.com.au outlining concerns and include a photograph for insurance purposes. Replacement goods will be issued within 7 days.

EXCHANGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

If PAWDinkum dispatches incorrect goods please contact PAWDinkum within 24 hours of receiving goods, via email info@pawdinkum.com.au. Once we have received the return of the incorrect goods from you, the buyer, PAWDinkum will dispatch the correct goods at our expense. Please note that this policy only applies for purchases within Australia.

OVERSEAS BUYERS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note PAWDinkum does not provide any returns, refund or exchange for overseas buyers. For all overseas buyers please check your countries import duties, fees, VAT, taxes and other charges including shipping. Please choose mindfully.
